Variables for quality that affect the comfort and health of occupants can play an important role in whether or not a real estate transaction will close. The implications of poor indoor air or water can affect all transactions, including sales, rentals, or leases. This course aims to educate real estate agents on the basics of indoor air and water quality so they can better assist their clients through the transaction process. Learning Objectives: By the end of this course, participants will be able to: Define indoor air quality and water quality as it related to real estate transactions.
