DescriptionLocation Since the rollout of our recent contract changes, St. Louis REALTORS® has listened closely to your feedback and engaged in extensive internal discussions. The conversation around these changes has continuously and significantly evolved significantly over the past several weeks. St. Louis REALTORS® has approved a recommendation from the Risk Management Task Force to remove cooperative compensation from Association contracts. This update affects all sale contracts, listing agreements, buyer representation agreements, and related forms. Additionally, the Cooperative Compensation Disclosure (Form #2108) will be retired. These changes will all be effective October 1, 2024.
